In 1993 Arch. Yasser Fetiha Established Architecture Technology  group (Archi- Tech)as an architectural firm, situated in Alexandria, Egypt., with extensive experience in the fields of urbanism, public, private and utility buildings on different scale levels.

At the basis of Archi- Tech are a number of long-term goals, which are intended to define and guide the quality of our performance in the architectural field. We insist  to make a significant contribution to the architectural field, to continue to develop our qualities with respect to design, technology, knowledge and management.

We see as mutually sustaining the environment, market demands and client wishes that enable our work and we aim for results in which our goals and our client’s goals overlap.

Yasser Fetiha was born in 1961 in Alexandria, Egypt . He graduated from Department of Architecture,   Faculty of Engineering , University of Alexandria 1984.
In 1993 he established Architecture Technology  group (Archi- Tech)  in Alexandria .

Education:

- Certified Real Estate Appraisal,2003, Center of Real Estate Appraisal Building Technology, Cairo university.

- Bachelor of science in Architectural Engineering,1984 Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria university.

Professional experiences:

 - 1993: present Owner and General Manager of the Archi-Tech Group architectural office, Alexandria, Egypt.

- 1985 - 1992: Architect  at the (Alexandria group for planning &architecture- Prof. Dr   Ahmed Mounir).

  • Registed Architect in  the Egyptian  Engineers Syndicate , (No., 4598/7)
  • Registed architectural consultant in  the Egyptian  Engineers Syndicate (No., 1613/2)
  • Registed Consultant Office in the Egyptian  Engineers Syndicate (No.,628)
  • Registed Real Estate Appraisal  in the General Authority for Real Estate Finance  (No., 6)
  • Registed Real Estate Appraisal  in Egyptian Association of Real Estate Appraisers

We also believe in designing for our clients a facility that is efficient to operate and that fits agreeably into its neighborhood.

To achieve this, our principals work directly with the client in all phases of a project. These phases can include planning, research and programming, site selection and development, architectural and interior design, working drawings, contract preparation,real estate evaluation and construction contract supervision.

Important to our design process is the participation of the clients only that way will the final building reflect their real needs.
